The bill (Reg. No. 1394) determines that operating organization (operator), in line with the provisions of the Nuclear Security Convention, includes expenditures on implementation of measures for improving safety of nuclear power plants, to the energy tariff that shall be approved by the national commission exercising state regulation in the sphere of energy and communal services.
